My experience with Culik Law has been excellent. My situation presented several unique challenges, and the bank which holds my mortgage initially showed little interest in cooperating since they were not participating in HAMP or any other program and I was months behind on the mortgage. They had pret...ty much shut me down repeatedly and said that nothing could be done. After I read the review on Mr. Culik, I was very impressed with the reviews on the website. Unfortunately, after almost five or six months of waiting for a timeline on my foreclosure, I was told my money was gone and Culik law would notify my bank that they would not represent me. However, Culik ...Law never notified the bank, so the bank continued to send Culik foreclosure notices and documents which were NEVER forwarded to me. I was able to move out before the foreclosure date, with no thanks to Culik. Had they done their job, I would have known exactly what was going on. Also, I spoke to Mr. Culik ONCE during the intial interview. That was it.
