I had tried what must be a record ten times to get a modification only to get a denial each time and to be led in circles by my bank Wells Fargo. After I read the review on Mr. Culik, I was very impressed with the reviews on the website. Unfortunately, after almost five or six months of waiting for a timeline on my foreclosure, I was told my money was gone and Culik law would notify my bank that they would not represent me. However, Culik ...Law never notified the bank, so the bank continued to send Culik foreclosure notices and documents which were NEVER forwarded to me. I was able to move out before the foreclosure date, with no thanks to Culik. Had they done their job, I would have known exactly what was going on. Also, I spoke to Mr. Culik ONCE during the intial interview. That was it.
