I had tried what must be a record ten times to get a modification only to get a denial each time and to be led in circles by my bank Wells Fargo. Unfortunately, after almost five or six months of waiting for a timeline on my foreclosure, I was told my money was gone and Culik law would notify my bank that they would not represent me. However, Culik ...Law never notified the bank, so the bank continued to send Culik foreclosure notices and documents which were NEVER forwarded to me. We used a company in California to help us with our mortgage. They basically took several thousand dollars and did nothing.
