Lisa is a wonderful lawyer who is extremely knowledgeable. She was always readily available to me by email or phone. I had many questions and she took the time to explain so I could understand completely. I hired her for my separation and she was upfront about all the details. She gave me multiple op...tions on certain details pertaining to my case, and was open to my own wants. Lisa is someone who anybody can relate to and feel comfortable with. She always listened to my needs when it came to my case, and even her staff are pleasant. I'd glad recommend her to anyone.

I read many reviews of law offices in the area and finally decided to use Lisa to help me in the beginning stages of my separation and as an "advisor" in my DVPO hearing. She helped me to prepare and went over what to expect in the different situations that may arise. Lisa and her team were very r...esponsive every time I called or emailed. Lisa was 2 weeks away from having her baby and still took the time to help me with my case and even checked in on me multiple times while on her maternity leave while I went to court using my legal aid attorney for the DVPO. She even had her husband (Michael Fitzpatrick: Fitzpatrick Law) check in from the courtroom and talk to me in her absence due to Covid and her being so close to her due date. Lisa is very knowledgeable and will work with you to make sure you get the best representation possible and will take your calls and emails for ANY questions you have. Although Lisa did not represent me directly, she gave me the support, information, and helped me prepare to head into court. Most of all, she gave me the confidence to push forward in the case and ultimately I was able to get the DVPO extended and was granted most of what I wanted from the case. Most importantly my children! Because it was a DVPO it was stated that the price was higher due to getting involved in the litigation aspect of the DVPO and not an out of court situation, which I had no problem with. My legal aid was handling the case and I wanted to have Lisa as my backup attorney. I was given the contract and signed and paid for the retainer fee. We spoke later and we mutually decided she would not officially represent me on the trial, relieving her of any litigation and that she would be more of an advisory role from the domestic side concerning separation and divorce. Considering she was still helping me in the case itself, the contract remained the same and she did an excellent job getting me ready for my court appearance. All in all, it was worth any money spent because I now have my 2 boys and am giving them as much of my time as I can. I will definitely use Lisa and her firm again when the time comes to finalize the divorce and/or get a separation agreement drafted. I highly recommend Lisa Fitzpatrick to anyone seeking an attorney that truly cares about her clients! Matt Update: I contacted Lisa on a weekend after an incident happened and she was very quick to respond. She went out of her way to talk to me during her off time and was again, extremely professional and helpful. She really does care about her clients and I have learned that she truly has my best interest at heart. Thank you Lisa!

Let me just start off by saying Lisa fitzpatrick and her team are absolutely amazing !!!!!!! The amount of care and compassion she has with her clients is something rare and cannot be taught. I am in customer service and deal with people that are sometimes in unfortunate situations like me and my fam...ily were with our situation and it’s not always easy. Lisa has come through for our family time and again over the last 7 years. She is extremely ethical, organized, professional, as well as aggressive. Her encyclopedic knowledge of family law allows her to think on her feet in court on a level that few lawyers can. I once hired her at the last minute f...or an emergency hearing and with only a few minutes preparation, her performance was like something out the Old Testament! On a personal level, Lisa is always compassionate and thoughtful, and a joy to work with. As anyone who has gone through a divorce or child custody matter can attest, the stress can make you impatient for updates on some days or drive you to avoid your email on others. Lisa and her equally wonderful staff handle both extremes with patience and kindness. Attorneys are not supposed to promise an outcome and Lisa never has, but I can say that I’ve always had good results when she has represented me. If I were to do it all over again, I would have hired her sooner and done EXACTLY what she said from the beginning.
