I wish I could give 10 stars. Ms Jacobs was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. She successfully represented me in 20+ over speeding case and was able to obtain an improper equipment ruling which I did not think was possible. I could not be happier with the resolution of my speeding c...ase. She has saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the long run. To begin she spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone with me when was searching for representation. Ms Jacobs was the 6th attorney I contacted and the last. Her patience and diligence in getting the facts and explaining the possible and most likely outcomes was thorough and reassuring. Others I consulted either rushed me through or had me speak to a paralegal or secretary. Ms Jacobs was most of all patient, kind and understanding. She asked questions regarding the circumstances and my personal situation that no one else thought to ask. It was an embarrassing situation and her reassurance was much appreciated.
