Camilla J. Davis

I paid Bourlon and Davis $5,000 to handle communication in a private matter for me, and they have done nothing. They are now refusing to refund my money. These are the kinds of lawyers that give lawyers a bad name. Camilla Davis has been censured by the NC state bar for lying. I hired Camilla to help with my divorce and child custody. I was left unsatisfied, misinformed, misled, and broke. Camilla frequently missed court appearances, yet still charged me. My case never even made it in front of the judge as I was told I didn't have enough money to continue and I needed to s...ettle. After speaking with others, I was told how unprofessionally she handled my case. I'm now having to find a new lawyer and I'm starting over with my custody hearing. I did not feel I was properly represented and my voice was never heard. I am deeply saddened and heartbroken over how the case has turned out and my goal is to help others avoid what I went through. She eventually stopped answering my questions or even helping me. She only calls when it's time to pay my bill. I never received notification that she was no longer representing me.
