Mr. Schmidlin is the best!
Mr. Schmidlin represented my Real Estate company in a case against a disgruntle tenant. He had vast knowledge of the law. He was meticulous, witty, focused and exudes confidence. Everything you could want when you hire a lawyer. You will not go wrong if you hire him! He's amazing!

Great Lawyer, Great Man
We were referred to Walter from another attorney. From the initial consult to the end of the case, he never changed his attitude towards us or the situation. He treated us with respect and kindness every time we talked via phone, email or met in his office. Walter is a not a lawyer who will tell you what he thinks you want to hear to keep him retained. He is brutally honest throughout the whole process. He will help you 100% if he knows he can. If he can't, you will know immediately. He is great to have on your side. His office staff is professional and courteous. You are treated like family the moment you walk in the door. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!!

Review for Walter A. Schmidlin III
My highest possible recommendation! Few things in life can leave you more rattled that a legal problem, where you have no knowledge and can only fear the worst. Walter eased those fears at our first meeting. He was through and to the point in determining the situation of the case and it's probable outcome. He was clear from the start about what would take place, both the good and bad, but left me certain that he cared about us as people, not just clients, and that he wanted to see justice done. It was a long and difficult process but one he never gave up on. In the end, he achieved exactly what he said he would and we never felt like our case was on his back burner. Again, my highest possible recommendation!

Review for Walter Schmidlin
Walter Schmidlin was excellent to work with during my case. He is very knowledgeable, and will leave no stone unturned researching precedent for a case. I felt very well represented in his care, most especially in the courtroom, where he is far from subdued, but is very shrewd and, if I were to put my self into the prosecutor's shoes, a bit intimidating. I am very satisfied with his work, counsel, and guidance, and would recommend him to anyone. His paralegal, Kimberly Watson is also a fantastic liaison, and is also very knowledgeable and helpful, and was great giving strategic guidance throughout my case.

Lawyer Review
We are very happy with Walter and the services he has performed for us as a Corporation. Walter has been able to get resolution on many issues that other (BIGGER) firms seem to drag their feet.
