Disputes affect our lives differently. Problem solving is just the start to change the outcome in your favor. Work through the issues. Develop a plan. Understand the outcomes. Hire someone who cares.
I can make the next step part of your plan, not theirs.
Fight for what you believe in.

Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
Stephen's comment:“The same case, which lasted over 5 years with 22 Plaintiff motions, 19 Defendants' motions, 6 judges, 4 investigations by state and federal agencies and the Plaintiff winning the final litigation. Everyone lost something here, especially me. In 2005, no law existed protecting pre-foreclosure homeowners from businesses offering credit repair or rescue though equity shifting and straw buyers. The Defendants' business and the mortgage broker providing over 1.2m in bogus home loans no longer exist.”

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
Stephen's comment:“No judge, lawyer and especially client has ever complained about my work, here simply two defendants retaliated in the only way they knew how; by reporting errors. This in no way reduces my culpability, but does offer perspective to those viewing my credential solely through the AVVO ratings system.”
