Matt was awesome. Not only was he friendly and personable but he explained to me the process I was about to go through with a realistic expectation. I was pulled over on I40 for failing to move over or slow down as there were state police cruisers off to the right lane. Although I wasn't speeding, I still was at fault. I was I'm afraid negligent. I was more concerned about having a violation on my perfect NC driving record more than an increas...e in my insurance rate for a couple of years. I contacted attorney Kissling and agreed to have him represent me. His reviews were very positive. In the end, I had to agree to take a safe driver course for 4 hours at Cape Fear Community College. I will say that I really liked it as I learned some things and it was very engaging. Attorney Kissling's team is great. The DA dismissed the charges. I contacted attorney Kissling after receiving my first speeding ticket on record since I started driving in 1982. He felt that he could get the ticket reduced and I would have no points. I am relieved to have just learned that he was able to do just that. The fee was a little more than what I ex...pected to pay, but my insurance will not go u said that will save me money.
