Outstanding Legal Representation

Mr. Kissling represented me in a traffic case and delivered exceptional service from start to finish. His communication was clear and timely, he made sure I understood my options, and he achieved a favorable resolution. I’m truly grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to others.

Speeding Ticket back in 2023

Mr. Kisling helped me out with my speeding ticket, he is very awesome at what he does, and I ended up not getting any points on my license and only had to pay for the court fee. I really appreciate everything he had done for me and his communication skills are on point. Thank you, Mr. Kissling!

A wizard of a lawyer!

Attorney Kissling handled my traffic violation ticket in an almost magical way: he made it disappear. Kudos. to him. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Kissling to others like me. I will remember him for future legal needs.

Dishonest

Hired Mr. kissling to deal with a speeding ticket I received in Johnston county he assured me he would deal with it and everything would be good as long as I took the driver safety class. I took the class and he told me he got it down to 76 on a 70 but after the court date I got a letter in the mail ...saying my license is suspended, when I went back to speak with him he told me it was a misunderstanding and it’s 76 on a 60. This is absolutely unacceptable from a “professional lawyer”. I don’t even know how I will be able to work for the next month as I have to travel to different states for work. Absolutely ridiculous.

Unsatisfactory

I hired this lawyer to take care of a case that I had which was driving with a suspended license. When I first hired him I tried to explain everything so he’ll have what he needed, but he kept interrupting me and was very short answered and seemed irritable. After a few continuances, I had court ag...ain and my number changed and I emailed the firm to let them know my new number of contact, and that exact day the paralegal replied with “send your license @5pm today or report to court to wait for Mr.Kissling @7:45 or you’ll have to pay the ticket.” I don’t stay in town so it wasn’t easy, and I had to make it happen so I went through a lot to make sure I could be in court on Monday. I called 5 times and no answer, I called a 6th time(8:40 range) and I was told “I have a hearing @9 wait for me @10-10:30” but by then I was almost next in line to speak with the DA. So I got to the counter and asked her for a continuance once she asked me about my license and I told her like I told my lawyer that there were other cases that needed to be handled before that one which is why it’s taken so long. So she gave me a continuance and I realized I did what I paid the lawyer to do. And I went through hell and back so that I could be in Raleigh for court. And he and his paralegal said that he could no longer continue my case which meant that he would drop my case as he said or I’ll have to pay the ticket. Well I hired a lawyer so that I wouldn’t have to pay the ticket to be able to get my license back. That really upset me and really disappointed me. I didn’t get any help at all. And though my number changed, my email didn’t, and I still had to reach out to them. I feel like I wasted my money paying a lawyer and it didn’t benefit me in any way. It really did ruin my entire week cause I depended and trusted this firm.

Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Lawrence’s comment:

“This was for failure to comply with the requirements for direct mail advertisement. It had nothing to do with completing cases or dealing with clients.”
