Biography
Founding attorney Lars Kissling earned his law degree from the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Before founding Oak City Estate Planning in Raleigh, Lars practiced in California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. He learned the value of estate planning after his parents’ forward-thinking actions allowed he and his siblings to benefit from their accrued wealth despite multi-year stints in nursing homes at the end of their lives. Lars now devotes his practice to helping clients make similarly effective and proactive plans that will benefit their children and other loved ones. He himself is a parent of two and has been happily married for over 25 years.

Best attorney ever!!
He is the best attorney ever!! Had 4 points on my ticket for speeding and had accident that totalled my car. I contacted him and had my charges dropped. I'm sobthankful for him

Delivered as Promised & quick to respond
Our teenage got into his first car accident. We were all very emotional and unsure what would happen. Kissling did a wonderful job keeping us informed and taking care of the entire issue for us. So we we able to stay focused on insurance and car repairs. We can't thank you enough!

Great Job
I received a misdemeanor ticket for causing a traffic accident. He assured me that he would get it reduced to pfj or dismissed. After 3 court date changes, he had it dismissed. Just as he said. I will recommend him to everyone!
