We used their service to handle a speeding ticket (67 over 55mph). Usually when I call up the attorney offices, they take a lot of time to process your information and let you know what the resolution for the case could be. But when I called this office, it took maybe 5 minutes - they asked for the d...riving record and said they would be able to reduce it to improper equipment. I made the payment online and I was done. On the day of the court, I got an email from them mentioning they were able to get the ticket reduced to non moving violation. So they did as said during the first call.
