About Lawrence
Biography
Founding attorney Lars Kissling earned his law degree from the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Before founding Oak City Estate Planning in Raleigh, Lars practiced in California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. He learned the value of estate planning after his parents’ forward-thinking actions allowed he and his siblings to benefit from their accrued wealth despite multi-year stints in nursing homes at the end of their lives. Lars now devotes his practice to helping clients make similarly effective and proactive plans that will benefit their children and other loved ones. He himself is a parent of two and has been happily married for over 25 years.

Very satisfied, would recommend
I used LK in 2011 and again in 2017 for speeding violations. In both cases he was able to get charges reduced to non moving violations without my having to appear. Reasonable rates, simple process. All you could ask for in similar situation.
