I hired Mr. Kissling to represent me in traffic court. I had heard about how easy it is to work with him and how he works for his clients. When I contacted the firm, i was specific about what i wanted. My insurance company had settled the property claim and i wanted a dismissal. They were very straig...htforward with me about the fee and how they could perform what i was asking for. It was easy to communicate with them. The case was dismissed as i had hoped and as the firm had agreed to. They sent me an email promptly to indicate the case was dismissed. I used Kissling to help me resolve a traffic violation. I was very happy with the results. It was extremely easy to use their service. She quickly pulled my citation up on their computer, I paid the fee and I did nothing else. The day of my court date I received and email saying the matter was handled. Thanks to him, within an hour I had my file completed and prepared to go before a judge and thanks to the diligence of Mr. Kissling, before a judge with a favorable ruling in less than 24 hours. Extremely impressed by the proffesionalism, resourcefulness, and candor of Mr. Kissling and his team. Although I plan to never need thier services in the future, I will ensure I have thier contact information availiable just in case i, or anyone I know or care about needs it.
