I set up an initial consultation with Sarah Privette at Marshall & Taylor regarding separation/divorce (a phone consultation because of the pandemic). When the appointment time came they called my spouse instead of me. When I spoke with Sarah and another staff member they both admitted the error but ...didn't really seem to care.
