Sarah Lynn Thompson Privette

I set up an initial consultation with Sarah Privette at Marshall & Taylor regarding separation/divorce (a phone consultation because of the pandemic). When the appointment time came they called my spouse instead of me. When I spoke with Sarah and another staff member they both admitted the error but ...didn't really seem to care. The upset this led to was bad enough, but could have been so much worse. What if this had been a situation involving child custody or domestic violence?
