Hello, my name is Cheryl David. I'm an estate planning and elder law attorney based in Greensboro, NC. My mission is to provide residents of North Carolina with quality legal advice. When you visit or call my office, l will make sure that you are comfortable and understand important concepts such as Medicaid, Veterans Aid and Attendance, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, end of life care, estate planning, guardianship, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, HIPPA authorization and probate. Everyone in our office is knowledgeable and caring. Our firm's goal is to guide you, so that when it comes time to make an informed decision about your family's future, you will be confident that the decision is correct.
