How many bankruptcy attorneys do you know who would recommend AGAINST filing for bankruptcy if it's not in your best interests? Because that's exactly what Damon Duncan did. He laid out all of my options, explained them in detail in a way I had no trouble understanding, then he went through and clearly explained why he would or would not recommend each one. Ultimately, his recommendation was a course of action that didn't involve bankruptcy, and therefore made him no money. But he recommended what he thought would be best for me anyway. In addition to all that, his demeanor was more than I ever could have hoped for. I was very nervous and ashamed of having to file for bankruptcy, but Damon and staff made it as painless as possible. In the end it really was as painless as Damon assured me it would be.
