I practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Auto Accidents, Criminal Law, Buisiness Litigation, and Criminal Law.  As a former Prosecutor and in my following years of practice, I have taken hundreds of cases to trial.  However, I also understand the value of reaching a negotiated settlement on terms that will benefit my client.  

I offer free consultations in the areas of Auto Accidents and Worker's Compensation, and work on a contingency basis in those cases, meaning that my clients never owe attorney fees until I recover an award for them.  In my other areas of practice, I am always willing to work out a reasonable payment plan.  

My clients' cases are important to me and I care deeply about the outcomes we receive. Because of that, I am extremely accesible to my client base, and am always available to hear your questions or concerns.

So far I am amazed
I called this law firm this morning in a panic about my situation. I was amazed Brian answered the phone himself, I caught him on a break I guess. He listened patiently to everything I said and then gave me a lot of information. One of the things I requested of him he said is no longer done. I was desperate and could have easily charged me and then give me bad news, He explained why it does not happen and we made arrangements to meet for possible representation in a few days. I am turning myself in at the county jail this evening and feeling a lot more comfortable after just a few minutes with Brian, I think he really cares and is very qualified. I will be using him as soon as I am released tomorrow. Thank you Brian, you do not find many attorneys like you

This was our first experience with ever having to have a lawyer and I'm so glad we got brian walker as our lawyer. He is very hard working and dedicated to you and making sure you don't have to worry about anything. He treats you like family! reviews are so important
I'm having a problem with a company not adhering to its contract with me. Mr. Walker called me on his day off to get specifics and agreed to intercede on my behalf. He was very cordial and gave me a fair, fixed price which I agreed to. It being a holiday weekend, there hasn't been time to carry out his plan, so I can't say if I'm happy with the outcome yet. But I was impressed with the reviews of Mr. Walker that I'd read, so chose to contact him. If this doesn't lead to the settlement I'm hoping for, it won't be his fault, it'll be the company we're dealing with -- I've been trying for months and gotten nowhere.

My experience with Brian Walker was excellent. This was the first time I had ever had to hire a lawyer so I did not know what to expect. I can honestly say I have no complaints about the whole process. He always updated me on where we were in the process and handle everything with little error of my own. Real Deal
Let me keep it real. I got busted with some weed. It's not illegal in a bunch of other states, and I wasn't hurting anyone. The charge of intent was totally bogus. I was at a club having a good time. I wasn't working there. I came to Brian Walker's firm because I needed someone who could help me prove it. He took my case and kept me out of jail. He didn't play me, asking for more money and more money. He told me what he could do, and he did it. I paid the man and went on with my life. No harm done.

The Best in Town
I came to Brian Walker's practice because I received a speeding ticket on my way home from work. I had a clean driving record, but I was late to pick up the kids from school and I guess I got distracted. I was going well over the speed limit when the state trooper caught me. As a "soccer mom" who shuttles kids across town every day of the week, I was concerned that this ticket would increase my insurance rates dramatically. I was also terrified by the thought of appearing in court. What would I tell my boss? Would I get out in time to pick up my kids? I've heard horror stories about the fees one has to pay to "get out" of a ticket like this. Brian Walker took care of it all for me, at a price well below what I expected and well below those of other lawyers in town. One call and it was done. He was friendly and funny, and treated me with the utmost respect. I didn't have to go to court, my insurance didn't go up, and I'm back to all those soccer practices. At a safe speed, of course!

Best Attorney in town!
Brian is down to earth and easy to talk to. He answers my emails immediately and returns my calls with a couple of hours. One time he answered my call at 5:00 am! He was in the office working. He is well thought of throughout Greensboro. We felt like our son was well represented in the courtroom. He was referred to us from a friend who felt the same way we do. We could not ask for anyone better to work on the case.
