Biography
Darren Howard is a civil litigation attorney in High Point, NC. With more than 20 years of courtroom experience, Mr. Howard has represented hundreds of clients in civil and criminal cases, both in State and Federal Court. He has also assisted other local firms in the capacity of co-counsel in complex insurance claim cases involving traumatic workplace injuries. Mr. Howard has, in turn, represented several local companies in cases before the North Carolina Industrial Commission where the Commission has levied non-compliance fines and penalties.
With his experience on both sides of these cases, he can guide you through the entire process of navigating serious and potentially permanent injuries while addressing the myriad of obstacles typically thrown up by the insurance company.
Darren will be leading the firm’s civil litigation team, with a focus on Worker’s Compensation and traumatic personal injury. He will be happy to sit down with you in a free consultation to discuss the facts of your case and to review all of your options going forward.
When Darren is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and bowhunting.
