I was an an abused wife of 22 years. I needed help divorcing my husband who I have four children with. Sarah Bell came recommend, so I had so much hope when I hired her. I paid a $1000 retainer and only spoke with her for 20 minutes. She had to end our appointment early due to an issue with her daugh...ter. She never met with me again. I was a stay-at-home mom with four children. Abused and raped by my husband of 22 years. I ended up in the divorce with nothing. No child support, no sposel support, nothing. Sarah Bell did absolutely nothing to help me. And considering I only got 20 minutes of her time, who knows what happened to the rest of my $1000 retainer I paid her. I am still struggling financially because I didn't get anything in the divorce.

Kind person, but she did not push back against the opposing side during courtroom appearances. She asked me what I wanted the outcome of the trial to be during the day of the court appearance- I was speechless. Instead of pushing for more time or laying down a clear line in the sand, she ended ...up conceding more ground than I had anticipated. Kind person, but not a fighter in court. Also- organization did not seem to be on par with expectations.

Sarah Bell’s calm and empathetic demeanor made my challenging custody battle much less stressful. She was professional, confident, knowledgeable, and did a great job of answering my questions and explaining the process. She responded to urgent emails promptly. With less urgent issues, I sometimes wai...ted a few days for a response, but I can appreciate her skill in maintaining work-life balance in such a busy role; as a mother who prioritizes her children, she proved qualified and eager to fight to protect mine. I really felt as though she cared about me and my case. She was always very kind, and surrounding our hearing, was especially perceptive to my needs. I was awarded sole legal and physical custody. I am grateful for Ms. Bell’s service and recommend her without reservation.

I've talked to Sarah on a couple different occasions and each time she gave me a straight up honest answer even if it's not what I wanted to hear. I admire the honestly in this lawyer and the no beating around the bush attitude. This is a lawyer who I feel genuinely cares about her clients and that'...s hard to find in a lawyer. If you want someone who tells you like it is and not going to waste your time, Sarah is a wonderful pick!

Have called her office three times to set up consultation. Received one return call told them what I needed help with her aid said would talk to Sarah and get back with me, this has been well over a week if not two. Placed one more call on Monday 10/2/17 and still no reply. Very poor way to treat peo...ple. I you can not help me just say so.
