I live in New Jersey and got a reckless driving ticket in Virginia for doing 83 on a 70mph open road. The day before my court date I looked into the penalties for this kind of ticket, and was strongly advised to hire an attorney, as Virginia traffic penalties are extremely dire. It was the 11th ...hour and no one was able to take my case, so I was ready to make the drive from New Jersey to Virginia for my appearance the following morning. Finally, I came across Joel Jackson’s office on google. He was able to get my court date pushed back just before the court closed. This gave me enough time (several months) to take a defensive driving course and get my driving record from the dmv as he advised me to do. My postponed court date arrived, and I received an email saying the case had been dismissed. I am so grateful for him and his efficiency. Not to mention; he comes at a very reasonable price. His office is very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
