I was pulled over in Wythe County VA for speeding. Doing 97 in a 70 which is wreckless driving. Officer was nice and wrote it for 90/70 still wreckless driving though, I was going to have to appear in court, and was wreckless driving and 6 points on my license. I researched several lawyers in the ne...arby areas and chose Joel, and I am happy I did! I called and spoke to him directly and he was very helpful, he advised me to hire him and produce the documents that he requested. I produced the everything to the T that he requested from me and mailed it to him. He appeared in court on my behalf and got the charge reduced to a Defective Equipment which is a non moving violation and no points on my license!!!

We hired Joe Jackson to handle a speeding ticket for us. We live in NC and got a speeding ticket in VA. He was courteous and professional and answered all of our questions.
