Joel did a wonderful job with my situation and I am most pleased with the outcome. Upon hearing the circumstances of my situation, he laid out my options and the pros/and cons of each, even explaining the benefits of simply paying the fine without his services, proving his advice is objective and in... your best interest. I had a clean driving record prior to receiving a moving violation and he was able to plead my case and reduce its overall financial impact.

I caught a speeding ticket on the interstate in Wythe County while traveling from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. Realizing the value of my "safe driver" auto insurance rate, I retained Joel Jackson to see if he could somehow get the charge reduced to a "non-moving" violation of some sort. He made no... promises, but when the trial date arrived, he was successful. I still had to pay a hefty fine to the county court for my "transgressions", but was able to keep a clean driving record. For me, it well worth Mr Jackson's reasonable fee, A shout out to his sidekick, Emily, for keeping me well informed throughout the process.

I was travelling through Virginia on my way to a family vacation. I was pulled over on Interstate 81 for speeding and given a ticket. I contacted Mr. Jackson to represent me as I live in North Carolina. He was very prompt in returning my call. He was very nice and polite and told me step by step ...what my costs would be and what documentation I need to obtain and provide to him to resolve this ticket. He did a spectacular job for me!! Emily, who works in Mr. Jackson's office, was extremely helpful and very nice!! I highly recommend Mr. Jackson to anyone that may have a traffic ticket. I was traveling north on I77 in Virginia and was behind a slower vehicle in the right lane got over in the left lane to pass and before I could get pass the vehicle and get back in the right lane to a normal speed I was clocked at 80 in a 65. Got home and checked for lawyer's on the net in Virginia, ...Joel Jackson name came up. I read the reviews and was impressed. Called Mr Jackson office and left a message for him to call me back and he did so within an hour, we discussed my case and I agreed to his fee ( a reasonable one at that) . The only thing I had to do was get him my drivers record for the passed 5 years, he went to court on my behalf and the case was settled with just a Defective Equipment. Both Mr Jackson and his staff were very pleasant and courteous to talk to. Highly recommend Mr Jackson if you ever need a attorney.
