My stepson had lost track of the speed limit and wound up going fast enough for reckless driving in Pearisburg while driving back to college several hours from us. Therefore I tried to stay a little ahead of the trucks since I can control what is in front of me but not what's behind me. I looked up attorneys online and chose Joel Jackson. Best choice I ever made. He advised me to take a driver safety course and also obtain my 10 year driving history, which was fortunately favorable. I did that and also provided additional history of myself to Joel including what I mentioned above. He was able to explain my situation in court and achieved a very successful outcome for me. I was charged reckless driving with speed 85/65 on I-81 from Christianburg to Roanoke, VA. I hired Mr. Jackson for my attorney. He is very professional. He gave me three instructions: 1, speedometer calibration 2, 8-hour driving class 3, 5-year driving record. I followed these instructions.
