Rick and his staff were well prepared. Rick was on time, had his questions ready to cross examine, and also had back up plans to his back up plans (which were not needed). Rick has not only won my case once, but twice. He solves all problems we come across and gives my family to ability to relax a...nd not spend time stressing over the issues, minor or large.

Lindsay Dugan is the best attorney I had the pleasure to work with. I have be in and out of court the last 8 years dealing with custody and visitation hearings. I was served once again and my court hearing was fast approaching (after asking for a continuance appearing with no attorney). With the ...continuance being granted (around the Christmas/new year holiday and 2 snow storms), I was not abe to find an attorney that was able to appear with me on the date of the hearing. I was desperate and in need to find representation immediately. With only 4 days till my hearing I had met with Lindsay Dugan and Mr. Friedman. They were very understanding and empathic of my situation and need. Lindsay was available on the date of my hearing and I retained the firm to represent me. Lindsay was fabulous! She worked on my case the best she could with the limited time I presented her with. She put in 100% in preparation and 200% in court. I could have not done this without her guidance and support. I landed at The Friedman Law Firm frustrated and stressed out. My initial consultation was supposed to be one hour but lasted over two hours with Rick Friedman and Matt Morris.... yes two lawyers ! I was only charged for one hour. They really calmed me down. Matt Morris, who has moved to government s...ince handling my case, was a true gentleman and a experienced negotiator, very low key but effective. The opposing attorney was, what I felt, very hostile, but Matt seemed to mellow him out as negotiations progressed. During the four months of negotiations I questioned a few charges with Beth Spencer ( the financial lady ) and some charges were adjusted to my satisfaction and done in a friendly manner. Melinda is the receptionist ( and probably several other titles.... always busy ), always greeted me with a smile and a cold soda. After Matt left the firm Wyatt Taylor took over my case. Wyatt took my case at the same rate as Matt even though he is a higher paid attorney. Wyatt quickly caught up on the details of my case, at no charge, and tied up the case in a prompt, professional and cost effective manner. Danielle his assistant, though almost nine months pregnant was very nice and seemed to know her job well though I only met her once. I will not miss the stressful situation but I will miss the staff at the Friedman Law Firm. Yes, I had to pay for good representation, but that's how it is with any reputable law firm as the old saying goes " You get what you paid for". I would recommend and use this law firm again.............Mike

Although the experience I was going through was awful, I found Rick and his staff to be so kind and feel like they definitely had my best interests at heart. They seemed to have a way of making calm out of madness and had a way to relay that to me and make me feel at ease with the whole divorce proc...ess. They were knowledgeable, efficient and caring. They were also always available and responded quickly to any concern I had. I really appreciated their overall concept of doing the right thing. I feel they are the #1 law firm. I will miss them.
