I had a rather difficult case where David represented me. He worked to gather up the facts, discussed with me the steps and potential outcomes of either a trial or plea, and determined the best path of action. With the information, we decided to go to trial since I had sufficient evidence to prov...e my innocence. So he prepared me for trial so I understood what to expect. David was prepared for the case. He was excellent during the trial and was willing to push to the line (without crossing it) in court. With his skill in the courtroom and prep beforehand, I was found not guilty. I would recommend David for criminal cases because of his prep work and tenacity in and outside of the courtroom.
