I went to Susan Jean for some legal financial matters for a person who I have a POA, she suggested a few things which I did, I called her office and asked for a couple of a document she made from the information I provided her, in fact I think I called 3 times, never did she return my call or provide... the document! I paid $650. and can honestly say I didn’t get anything in return! It’s very puzzling to me as I read all these great reviews from her other clients!??????? I guess this was a consultant visit, not even sure about that!

Despite some of my errors responding late with financial data in a timely manner Susan and Nicole were SUCCESSFUL in helping my wife become eligible for Medicaid.
