Carolyn from the beginning was professional

The staff and Ms. Carolyn Bedi were extremely patient with me and that helped me tremendously. I mostly worked with staff like Maggie. She is a super star receptionist who does I’m sure, a lot more! She kept me on task when I tended to give too many details. Amanda has been helpful and knowledgeable ...in answering questions for me. Ms. Carolyn Bedi is THE super star of excellence I’m referring to in my title! She is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, understanding, caring and helpful with the many questions I had and throughout the entire process. I was kept in the know with every step. She was also super helpful is giving me sources for use in creating a budget and saving money for a better future. Having the resources for a better future to me has made this whole process a better experience. She made me feel confident I can have a better future once I followed and stuck with a plan to stay on budget and save. Although some things were out of my control some things were not. I don’t want to make the same mistakes of the past. So, I look forward to the future. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received.
