I went to Susan Jean for some legal financial matters for a person who I have a POA, she suggested a few things which I did, I called her office and asked for a couple of a document she made from the information I provided her, in fact I think I called 3 times, never did she return my call or provide... the document! I paid $650. and can honestly say I didn’t get anything in return! It’s very puzzling to me as I read all these great reviews from her other clients!??????? I guess this was a consultant visit, not even sure about that!

When we moved to the Commonwealth of Virginia 20 years ago, we needed to update our wills and power of attorney and medical power of attorneys, etc. Since Virginia was a commonwealth, we needed to be current with the laws in Virginia. This was done to our satisfaction as well as my mother-in-laws d...ocuments since she was living with us. Later on when my mother moved in with us, medical documents were needed giving me power of attorney for her. Susan was happy to once again help us out. We next met Susan Jean when she gave a presentation at our Senior Club in Gloucester about estate planning. At the time, we didn't need this, but just this past year my husband became ill and we needed to update all paperwork as well as create an estate for our 3 children. We met and discussed everything we wanted to cover. She got back to us within a month's time for us to go over things. Originals and copies were exchanged after changes were made. All documents were signed and then the Cares Act came out and she set up the changes we needed in our trust, since she had just created it for us. We are well pleased with her office and her professionalism. Her smiling face and her experience and expertise was so good for us. I would definitely recommend her services. Her office staff were all involved and went out of their way to get Deed into our trust.
