My mom hired Susan to help with getting my grandmother signed up for Medicaid while going through the impossible transition of getting her settled in a nursing home. Susan was extremely patient with my mom and always took the time to answer her questions and explain absolutely everything throughout ...the process. When my grandmother passed, Susan was extremely kind and patient with us and when we left her office, it was like a thousand pounds were lifted from my mom's shoulders.
