Kellam comes from a long line of Tidewater natives and is fortunate to continue to reside in this area practicing law.  Kellam has been actively litigating cases in the various Courts around Hampton Roads for well over a decade.

Extremely kind and intelligent counsel

Very Pleased
Over the course of the last 14 years I have used four different attorneys for the various issues that have arisen regarding custody of my child. Throughout my cases I was left wondering what my counsel was really doing. My attorneys were hard to get in touch with and I never really heard from them until a couple of days before the case went to court. I felt completely in the dark. With Kellam, things were different from the start. He was very honest with his assessment of our case. Time was of the essence in my case and he hit the ground running. I had access to all the documents he had in my file through his internet-based case management system. I got the updates for our case as soon as he got them and I knew every step of the way how things were going. If I needed to ask a question, I got a quick response to my e-mails. With his diligence things happened quickly for us and we are in a good place right now. This was a very sensitive time for my family and I truly felt through it all I had someone in my corner.

Great help with employment issues

Excellent Lawyer

Don't Look for Another Lawyer...He's Got it Covered!
I thought I could handle my uncontested divorce without an attorney and at the very last minute I realized I could not. I was worried that after all the time and effort I put into it myself that an attorney would turn around and charge me a ton of money and make me start all over. This was NOT the case with Kellam Parks. He came highly recommended from a family member of mine. I sent over all of my information to him and within HOURS got a response. My divorce was final within less than 3 weeks. I was amazed at how efficient, timely and knowledgeable he and his staff were. For such a small case, they really took the time to communicate information to me that they thought was in my best interest to know regarding my divorce. He quickly found room in my documents for improving my overall situation and offered no-pressure solutions and options to me that I would never have thought of. I was so impressed by his firm's communication with me and the speed and efficiency with which they handled my case (not to mention the low cost of services) that I have been recommending him to everyone I know. Its just really awesome to find a lawyer I will use and trust for life after just seeing him handle one transaction for me.

Single mother savior!
Kellam is helping me with child support. He has been very patient and explains each step of the procedure so I can easily understand. This makes an irritating legal need easier on me. I would use Kellam for all my future legal needs and highly recommend him.
