I developed expertise in Virginia Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability. I began to lecture on these areas to bar groups and client groups. I then decided to go into private practice focusing on representing injured and disabled workers. From 2003 to 2015, Martindale-Hubbell awarded me its highest rating of AV Preeminent for legal excellence and ethics based on a vote of my peers.
