Quick response!

I’m navigating SSDI and self employment. Jeremy answered my questions online with depth of knowledge and encouragement. Impressed! And feeling less vulnerable moving forward. Way more helpful than SSA.

ERISA Consultation

I consulted with Jeremy with the intention of hiring him for a ERISA appeal on my husband’s behalf because I was anticipating a termination of his LTD benefits. Fortunately, it turned out to be not necessary but I will be contacting Jeremy if needed in the future. During our discussions, I was very... comfortable with his advise and he helped me to map out a strategy for our appeal very quickly. Highly recommend!

Best ERISA and SSDI Attorney in Oregon

Jeremy Bordelon is in the upper echelon of attorneys handling ERISA and SSDI disability benefit claims. I have consulted him for his advice and expertise on several of these matters. Jeremy has always been timely, professional, and thorough. He is remarkably strategic in his client representation.... I know other attorneys in this area who also think and speak highly of Jeremy. If you are in Oregon or Tennessee and need a fantastic attorney, give Jeremy a call!

So happy he was on MY team! Thanks is not enough

Though my case was unusual, challenging and settled some months ago, I feel it necessary to show my appreciation for how Mr. Bordelon handled my case. When my LTD was denied, I was at a complete loss and had no idea of where to go or what to do. In my mind, it was over. Others in my company wi...th similar cases found no satisfaction with our company’s LTD carrier. It was not long after that I was referred to Mr. Bordelon. Jeremy’s ability to present my case to the insurance company was something I couldn’t do. His detailed research regarding my profession and citing of similar cases was something I certainly could not emulate. It was through his expertise that I was able to come to a satisfactory settlement. Mr. Bordelon was such a help for our family, and our gratitude cannot fully be expressed in a few paragraphs. Following the settlement, I can finally sleep again. We went from hopeless to breathing room.

Excellent Choice

I was referred to Jeremy by another attorney who does not practice in social security law. I needed help and had a deadline. Jeremy was very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. He explained all of my options which I clearly understood thanks to his help. He was supportive in whatever decision I... made but was also willing to weigh in when asked. I really appreciated how much care and time he took into understanding my situation and what would be best for me. I would highly recommend Jeremy to others and plan on using him in the future should another need arise. Thank you for all your help!
