Exceptional consultation with Charles W. O'Donnell !

I would like to share the experience that I had after doing a Google search for Workman's Compensation Lawyers in Arlington, VA. There were many attorneys listed all over Northern Virginia and even into Richmond, VA. After researching websites and reviews of several attorneys, Charles O'Donnell w...as the attorney that impressed me the most. I have multiple existing Workman's Compensation against Amazon Logistics which I have been handling by myself primarily because when I made calls to attorneys 3-4 months ago for help, not one would give any assistance. Their legal assistants listened but at the end of the day, my case was a little too complicated or they just did not believe thay would prevail if they had taken my case. I believe most attorneys will give a free consutation, but I truely got much more. In the end, my phone conversation with Mr. O'Donnell lasted one hour and six minutes. Mr. O'Donnell is a great listener and was very thorough in understanding all the complexities of four different accident events that were on record with Virginia Workmans Compensation Commission. Even more important was the information that he shared that related to my accidents that affected both knees. Mr. O'Donnell maybe could have taken my case (?) but declined as I already had a working settlement on the table that I had negotiated but had second thoughts about. From my experience today talking with Mr. O'Donnell, I would highly recommend that you give him a call if you have a need for an attorney in Northern Virginia or DC Metro area. I like people that forget about themselves and think well about their clients. That person is Charles O'Donnell and I truely believe he will represent your interests as good as any attorney in our area.

BEST Attorney ever.

The accident that I had was horrible and it changes my life completely. I was here in Virginia alone with no family members. When Mr. O'Donnell and his staff member came to see me in the hospital I was able to see how they work and that they care about their clients. With his help and his staff I did... not feel alone anymore. They fought for me and did everything they could to get me the treatment I needed and to be able to walk out of this accident with something to start a new life. I though my life was over when I had my accident but Mr. O'Donnell and his staff should me that It was not and that there was many things I can do after the accident. He saved my life. He is a very honest and caring attorney that will do all in his power to makes things right and to fight for his client's rights. He did an amazing job for me and I am grateful that found him. I appreciate all the hard work he did for me.

HAD A WORK BACK INJURY AND MR CHARLES WAS MY LAWYER IN THAT CASE AND HE WAS AWONDERFULL HELP TO ME ON HOW TO PROCEED IN MY CASE

Highly recommended!!!

I was unlucky to hurt my lower back almost 3 years ago at the work place. And since it was a workers comp case I started making calls around in pursuit for a good attorney, and was lucky to ran into Mr.O'Donnell and his great team. We've been working together since beginning of my injury period and I... am grateful and happy to have them representing me. Very friendly,acknowledged and professional team.
