Exceptional Attorney

Nicholas Braswell is an exceptional attorney and someone that I would highly recommend. He listens carefully and understands the client's needs and situation. Then, he gives your case his full attention, provides guidance and advice, and follows up with the best course of action.

Nick is the G.O.A.T

I contacted Price- Benowitz for a consultation I received a criminal citation for breaking a city ordinance code. I was assigned to Nicholas Braswell. Thank God I got him !!! Nick was very professional he answered all my questions and kept me calm during the whole process. The day before court I was ...rushed to the hospital I called Nick at 1 am in the morning to let him know I wasn't going to make the court hearing. He advised me to keep him updated and he will handle the rest. I looked like hell after emergency surgery and who came to visit me in the hospital.... Nick. He constantly checked in on me to make sure I was doing fine. Nick felt more like family than an attorney to me. I'm happy to say Nick has gotten my charges dismissed. We didn't need to go to trail or anything. Whenever I needed him he was there. If I had to hire a lawyer again I'd call him first. He's simply the best lawyer I've worked with. Nick goes above and beyond compared to the average attorney. My only regret now is that he doesn't handle family law. I'd hire him again. Nick it was a pleasure working with you and you are nothing short of incredible.

Amazing I highly recommend him for your legal needs. He exceeded my expectation

Mr. Braswell did an amazing job. With short notice (on my behalf) Mr. Braswell went into court and Kicked butt! He was knowledgable, timely, available, reachable, understanding, a great listener. Mr. Braswell is Passionate about his Calling/ Career. Mr. Braswell was honest and transparent. He wor...ked diligently and my son walked away with the victory and a clean record. Excellent Attorney

Mr. Braswell was very helpful. I got a misdemeanor for speeding and was unaware of the laws in Virginia being an out of state driver. I felt at ease after hiring Mr. Braswell to take my case. He not only gave me helpful tips but was able to dismiss my case entirely which helped keep my record clean.
