Reading reviews for Mr. Braswell from Jan and Feb of 2017 leaves me shaking my head. How was he able to get charges dismissed or reduced to a non-moving violation on an over 80 mph reckless driving charge? That’s not what happened in my case. Instead my charge of reckless was reduced to 15 mph over... the speed limit, which in my state means I still get points. He should have known that and fought to get it reduced further or dismissed. At Mr. Braswell’s request, I paid to get certified driving records from two states to show my clean driving record. Judge never looked at them. Braswell should have known the judge wouldn’t require such records. Again at Mr. Braswell’s recommendation, I paid for and completed a driver improvement course. Waste of time and money. Judge didn’t allow driving course in over 80 mph case. If Mr. Braswell was so experienced in this county, he should have been more familiar with this judge and his way of handling traffic violations. Had I shown up in court by myself that day, I’m confident I would have received the same result that Mr. Braswell obtained. I saw it with any number of other people appearing before the judge that day to plead their speeding tickets. So what did this cost me? High attorney fee, cost of driving records, time and cost of driver improvement course, court fees and fine, and increase in insurance rates in my home state. Hiring Mr. Braswell cost me a lot of unnecessary money. Definitely would not recommend.

I got myself caught up in some mess and I was panicking about what to do and I googled the best lawyers around me and I came across Nicholas after 3 prior consultations and Nicholas ultimately made me feel like he could get the job done without me getting a record and boy DID HE. I went to court for wreckless driving and it was in Hanover I was going 86 in a 65 and Nicholas was very helpful in my case and listens to the whole story about my case and gave me good guidance and suggestions and when it was time to appear infront of the judge I was very nervous and knew if I were ...to speak than I would have said something wrong or would have slipped and said something that I shouldn't have but I didn't have to say any thing except for thank you when the judge said that all charges were dropped all I had to pay were court costs I had a huge feeling of relief expeshally knowing that the judge could have charged me with the wreckless and that would have been up to $2,500 and then I would have had higher insurance of $400 more per year as a high risk driver and would have gotten 6 points taken off of my driving record so I am very happy that I got Nicholas as my lawer and he helped me through my case way more than I expected

My lawyer was professional and helped me a great deal. I was dealing with a possible misdemeanor due to reckless driving while speeding and expecting a big fine. Mr. Braswell took my case, represented me in court due to the far drive and got my fine reduced to $150 with no misdemeanor and no points o...n my license. I'd recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance.

I was involved in a verbal altercation with a family member and the person ended up on the floor somehow and called 911 out of spite. I was arrested, jailed overnight and released on my own recognition. Later the person wrote the authorities to withdraw the charges. Mr. Braswell collected all case ...documentation and reviewed the facts as I and the "victim" presented. He briefed me on the alternative outcomes and we elected to go to the hearing with the strategy of requesting the court dismiss the charges as unfounded. The charges were dismissed, no fines were leveed and the Judge reprimanded the "victim" for misuse of the 911 system. Mr. Braswell's fee was commensurate with the support and outcome.
