My experience

I hired Mr.Braswell to represent me in a speeding ticket matter,He was very kind and professional .It was a pleasure to speak with him and everyone at the firm.I am very greatful for his/ thier time.

Could have obtained same result on my own!

Reading reviews for Mr. Braswell from Jan and Feb of 2017 leaves me shaking my head. How was he able to get charges dismissed or reduced to a non-moving violation on an over 80 mph reckless driving charge? That’s not what happened in my case. Instead my charge of reckless was reduced to 15 mph over... the speed limit, which in my state means I still get points. He should have known that and fought to get it reduced further or dismissed. At Mr. Braswell’s request, I paid to get certified driving records from two states to show my clean driving record. Judge never looked at them. Braswell should have known the judge wouldn’t require such records. Again at Mr. Braswell’s recommendation, I paid for and completed a driver improvement course. Waste of time and money. Judge didn’t allow driving course in over 80 mph case. If Mr. Braswell was so experienced in this county, he should have been more familiar with this judge and his way of handling traffic violations. Had I shown up in court by myself that day, I’m confident I would have received the same result that Mr. Braswell obtained. I saw it with any number of other people appearing before the judge that day to plead their speeding tickets. So what did this cost me? High attorney fee, cost of driving records, time and cost of driver improvement course, court fees and fine, and increase in insurance rates in my home state. Hiring Mr. Braswell cost me a lot of unnecessary money. Definitely would not recommend.

Amazing!

Nicholas was phenomenal and managed to get my pending reckless driving charge reduced drastically. He was professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. Hopefully I’ll never been in another sticky situation like this again but if I am, Nicholas would be the first person I reach out to.

Excellent Attorney

Mr. Braswell was very helpful. I got a misdemeanor for speeding and was unaware of the laws in Virginia being an out of state driver. I felt at ease after hiring Mr. Braswell to take my case. He not only gave me helpful tips but was able to dismiss my case entirely which helped keep my record clean.
