Mr. Weiland is a top notch attorney. I hired him to assist with a traffic matter, which he handled diligently. He and his staff were excellent at keeping me informed throughout the case. I was charged with DUI (1st Offense) and refusing a blood alcohol test after having been involved in an accident where I struck another vehicle from behind at a four way intersection. I was traveling through Emporia, Va. when I was pulled over and cited for reckless driving by speed. I was clocked going 86 in a 70MPH zone. This was my first ever ticket.
