Anneshia Miller Grant has over 13 years practicing family law in Virginia. She is experienced in handling every type of family law matter, including custody, support, separation, protective orders, military and high asset divorce cases. Ms. Miller Grant represents clients all over Northern Virginia. Attorney Miller Grant currently handles cases in Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and surrounding counties, as well as Fairfax, Prince William, Alexandria, Arlington and Loudoun County.
Attorney Miller Grant was born in Georgia and raised in Newport News, Virginia. She began her legal career in Hampton Roads before moving to Northern Virginia.

In her years handling divorce cases in the Hampton Roads area, she became intimately familiar with issues of military retirement, the Uniformed Services Former Spouses Protection Act, the Survivor Benefit Plan, disability pay, and the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. Not only are Attorney Miller Grants parents, brother and brother-in-law former or active duty servicemembers, she is a former spouse (for over 15 years) of a servicemember, with personal knowledge of both life as a military spouse and the military divorce process.
