Biography
I received my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law, Richmond, Virginia and my Bachelor’s degree[A1] from James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia, where I graduated with Honors. I have been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, in the District of Columbia, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. I am a member of the Virginia State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the Fairfax Bar Association (Family Law Section), the American Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In my law practice, I primarily specialize in the areas of divorce & family law and immigration law.
Over the years I have successfully represented my clients in both state and federal courts. Because I firmly believe that legal services must provide value, I am able to achieve unprecedented results for my clients both inside and outside of the courtroom. The ability to help my clients on a daily basis not only motivates me, but also brings true meaning to my work. Competent lawyer, excellent staff
Mr. Kublan was able to bring my case to a satisfactory conclusion and his rates are reasonable. I found his Legal Assistant both capable and personable. Tigan always kept me informed as to the status of my case, and was very responsive to my inquiries. Overall I am very happy with their service.

Professional, reasonably priced, excellent lawyer
Attorney Kublan and his assistant were very professional and helpful. I live in Maryland and had gotten a wreckless driving ticket driving in Fairfax. He was able to get it reduced to a speeding ticket only 9 miles over the speed limit. Very reasonably priced and would highly recommend.
