Kublan Khan PLC represented me in my nasty and contentious separation and divorce battle my ex wife brought forth.  Using our only daughter as a leverage, she nearly made me homeless and denied access to my daughter.  I went to a couple of law firms for paid consultation but I did not feel the connec...tion that I could trust them with my life. Andrei had a calming face and voice that I sometimes needed to see and hear to remain hopeful. He was smart, relatable, efficient, tough, protective, compassionate and fair.  He coached me on how to respond to the vile email and text messages of my ex wife without falling prey into her instigations.  He always addressed every question and concerns I had no matter how grave or trivial they were.  And it was just not him, I had worked with his associate attorney Minji Kim and paralegal Alexandra.  They were amazing, caring and honest individuals who made sure that I stay the course and don’t lose sight of the bigger picture.  Their combined expertise of writing and analyzing facts, attention to details and their deft ability in finding the smoking gun brought me back from the dead.  The office staff was top-notch; they were very courteous and I never had any issue with inaccuracy, missing documents or not getting proper copies.  Andrei had matched pound for pound with my ex wife’s high-priced big law firm who dragged on the separation for seven months.  My ex wife and her attorney thought they had a slam dunk case until they ran into Andrei for emphatic block; he never wavered, did not cave in; made sure my equal custody of my daughter was non-negotiable; and at the end we prevailed. During the crunch time, he tirelessly worked into the wee hours of the night through countless revisions of the separation agreement to protect my best interests.  I thank God that he made me find Andrei during the most difficult, challenging and vulnerable time of my life.

About 6 months ago I needed legal representation regarding an immigration matter. I did some research, met a few lawyers in the area, and chose Andrei Kublan. I believe when it comes to legal representation, one must go with a lawyer that one feels comfortable with on a personal level. You can find p...lenty of good and experienced lawyers, but Andrei, on top of being an excellent attorney, is first and foremost a great person. Frankly, that is the quality that set him apart from others I had met. In my experience meeting many lawyers in the area, I almost always ended up feeling rushed in my conversations with them, I would invariably walk out of a meeting feeling dissatisfied and confused with many of my questions unanswered. What many lawyers (like doctors) do not understand sometimes is that what is a routine everyday matter for them is a big deal for the person sitting across the table. With Andrei I did not feel that way, he realized that I was considerably apprehensive, even scared, because of my situation. He patiently answered my questions, explained to me the minor details, and kept me in the loop through out the process. He understood my need to be aware of each and every step in the process, gave sincere advice, and did not snub me or cut me out when I asked unrelated (even silly) questions some times. I am sure he has a busy schedule, but whenever I entered his office he already had my file on his table, and I always found him to be very well prepared for our meetings. His staff is equally approachable and professional. Ms. Harrison is an intelligent, courteous, and hard working lady. Throughout my case, I never had to wait more than a few minutes to hear back on my emails/phone calls. They are quick to respond and you do not have to repeatedly follow-up, as you are constantly kept informed at every step. I would sometimes ask for last minute meeting requests, and both her and Andrei were more than willing to accommodate me despite their busy schedule. Their rates are very reasonable when compared with others. Their first priority is to provide you quality representation and not your money. Their office is extremely organized, you can rest assured that your personal information is in safe hands. Each client is different, and in my opinion it is the ability of an attorney to come down to their level and make them feel at ease is what sets a great attorney apart from the good ones. I have no hesitation in saying that Andrei is a great attorney. It was a big decision for me to choose one, and I am glad I chose Andrei. I will definitely choose him again should I need legal representation in the future, and would recommend anyone reading this review to do so without reservations.
