Andrei Kublan

I am very grateful to have found Andrei Kublan when I did: at the point of re-litigating child custody. Mr. Kublan works for the result. He knows how to build a case, how to collect the evidence, how to argue, and how to present it. And he also knows how to protect his client from overly-aggressiv...e opposing bullies. I worked with him for one year and can confidently state that he is a lawyer who listens and truly cares about his client - which is more than I can say about all the other attorneys before him. About 6 months ago I needed legal representation regarding an immigration matter. I did some research, met a few lawyers in the area, and chose Andrei Kublan. I believe when it comes to legal representation, one must go with a lawyer that one feels comfortable with on a personal level. You can find p...lenty of good and experienced lawyers, but Andrei, on top of being an excellent attorney, is first and foremost a great person. Frankly, that is the quality that set him apart from others I had met. In my experience meeting many lawyers in the area, I almost always ended up feeling rushed in my conversations with them, I would invariably walk out of a meeting feeling dissatisfied and confused with many of my questions unanswered. What many lawyers (like doctors) do not understand sometimes is that what is a routine everyday matter for them is a big deal for the person sitting across the table. With Andrei I did not feel that way, he realized that I was considerably apprehensive, even scared, because of my situation. He patiently answered my questions, explained to me the minor details, and kept me in the loop through out the process. He understood my need to be aware of each and every step in the process, gave sincere advice, and did not snub me or cut me out when I asked unrelated (even silly) questions some times. I am sure he has a busy schedule, but whenever I entered his office he already had my file on his table, and I always found him to be very well prepared for our meetings. His staff is equally approachable and professional. Ms. Harrison is an intelligent, courteous, and hard working lady. Throughout my case, I never had to wait more than a few minutes to hear back on my emails/phone calls. They are quick to respond and you do not have to repeatedly follow-up, as you are constantly kept informed at every step. I would sometimes ask for last minute meeting requests, and both her and Andrei were more than willing to accommodate me despite their busy schedule. Their rates are very reasonable when compared with others. Their first priority is to provide you quality representation and not your money. Their office is extremely organized, you can rest assured that your personal information is in safe hands. Each client is different, and in my opinion it is the ability of an attorney to come down to their level and make them feel at ease is what sets a great attorney apart from the good ones. I have no hesitation in saying that Andrei is a great attorney. It was a big decision for me to choose one, and I am glad I chose Andrei. I will definitely choose him again should I need legal representation in the future, and would recommend anyone reading this review to do so without reservations.
