What do my title mean? An active lawyer. I've work with many lawyers and they claimed being on my case. Later,I found it to be untrue. Being active means being a listener of my entire situation and following through with actions. Ms. Banks work my case as if it was her only case. I know that she had... many more cases. I've witness her having two to three cases a week but never lost track of my case. Her prices was very reasonable and fair. She handled my custody case with common sense and her knowledge of the law. We all know that custody cases can be very emotional. Ms. Banks comforted me with her approach and her powerful presence. I have worked with multiple attorneys while trying to establish custody of my daughter and have her name legally changed. I was dealing with a Father who was in another state and over time the goal had become impossible. I was very disappointed and hopeless to say the least... until I met Mrs. Banks.... Our initial consult went very well. She listened, asked questions and within 30 minutes told me that she would help me get this done. I believe that most attorneys were resistant because of the work involved and the unfamiliar boundaries this would entail. Sequitta Banks was very different. This was genius to me. It was confirmed then and there that - Yes, she did truly understand. I hugged Mrs. Banks as we walked out and she seemed as genuinely excited as I was, for she knew the weight that this carried for me. If you watch Scandal then you will understand this- Sequitta Banks is DC's "real" Olivia Pope! If you don't watch- this just means that she is the one that you have been looking for!! :)

Mrs. Banks did everything for my divorce case. Mrs. Banks is not only an amazing attorney, she is also a sincere nice person. She paid close attention to every single detail. After my first time meeting her, I knew I could trust her. I appreciate how she puts up with my chattiness. I am very pleased ...with all the work she has done for me and my 2 children. I thought that Mrs. Banks was nice, and provided me with extra information that concerns the labor laws, and some of which I had heard of before, but was not completely familiar with. I appreciated it Mrs. banks, Thank You!!! I have already stated, that I wanted these individuals to let me be, but t...hey are still trying to insert themselves into my life. I am looking into other options, and hope that they will take the hint to respect my wishes. I wouldn't have minded have Mrs. banks firm represent me, but again, her firm was too far away.
