Ms. Banks did nothing for me. She didn't answer one of my emails as promised in the contract, and returned one phone call in a 6 month time frame. Without getting into my specific case, she filed my divorce, sent one letter, and that was it. After 6 months she turned my case over to a new partner who... had no time to review my case before court. I wasted my time and money. I was told that it didn't matter if the opposing side did not send in their answers until after 60 days was ok and the opposing side was able to file a legal document dismissing the tardiness. She became angry with me because I questioned this. After court, which I lost, she terminated the contract for insufficient evidence, but told me a different reason. I had to hire another attorney 10 days prior to another deadline, which I did. I think it was a blessing in disguise.

OMG where do I start......This lady goes above and beyond to get things done. She treats your case as if she was in your shoes. She always keeps you in the loop and is very organized. I went through a weird custody battle with my son's father and we had a great outcome. Mrs. Banks is definantly well ...worth every penny and she is extremely resonable. I had reckless driving and no registration charges against me. When I sought Ms. Banks' counsel, she carefully listened to everything I said, and told me how she would take care of the situation. At the day of the hearing, Ms. Banks used her superior negotiation skills with the prosecutor and the... police officer to dismiss the registration charge and reduce the reckless driving to a simple traffic offense, just like she said! If it weren't for Ms. Banks, I would've been convicted of a misdemeanor offense, in addition to a much higher fine. Thank you so much, Ms. Banks!
