Was in the process of hiring Ms. Banks to handle our case due to a so called mortgage law firm stating they would refinance our house. We paid them $3900 and they never contacted our bank. I had reckless driving and no registration charges against me. When I sought Ms. Banks' counsel, she carefully listened to everything I said, and told me how she would take care of the situation. At the day of the hearing, Ms. Banks used her superior negotiation skills with the prosecutor and the... police officer to dismiss the registration charge and reduce the reckless driving to a simple traffic offense, just like she said!
