Biography
Ryan Rambudhan attended the John Jay College where he graduated with highest honors (summa cum laude). He later received a merit scholarship to attend the highly-competitive George Washington University Law School. Ryan then gained experience at a prosecutor’s office and assisted in the prosecution of many DWI and drug related offenses. Under the direction of a DWI trial judge, Ryan drafted legal opinions to assist in deciding motions that raised technical and constitutional challenges to DWI stops and arrests. Today, Ryan is a principal partner at S&R Law Firm where he focuses on DUI, traffic, and criminal defense. Because Ryan understands how police and prosecutors approach cases, he is able to build a strategic defense for his clients who face criminal charges. As an adjunct professor at the George Washington Law School, Ryan shares his expansive knowledge and experience by training first year students in legal writing and oral advocacy.

Replied last May 08, 2015While I cannot verify the identity of this anonymous poster, I have serious concerns regarding the authenticity of this review. I have managed my practice and I do not have a “boss” to receive referrals from. The use of cell phones are prohibited while in court; to assert that an attorney used his cell phone during an actual trial, while in front of a judge, is unimaginable to any member of the Virginia State Bar. DWI cases require weeks and months for adequate preparation, and I cannot recollect any period of time within my legal career that I prepared for even the simplest of misdemeanors on the eve before an actual trial.
