excellent service

reckless driving summons in VA. Attorney Dua worked hard and kept great contact with me throughout the process. the end results were far beyond my expectations and I am completely happy. I would recommend attorney Dua to anyone looking for great results and communication.

Trustworthy attorney excellent job!

I am a recent college grad, and I was charged Reckless driving on I95 for 25mph over the posted speed limit in Stafford. Raj wasn't pushy but instead really calm, informative and helpful during the free consultation over the phone. After learning my background, he told that my case would be okay. I l...earnt many facts (Reckless Driving comes under criminal misdemeanor!), and ways I can take to help reduce the charge. He represented me in court (as I was traveling abroad) and helped me to reduce the charge down to a minimal traffic infraction, no skyrock fines, just a negligible court fee! He is very capable, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs such service.

Highly Recommend Raj's Services!

I received a reckless driving ticket on Thanksgiving of 2015. I was especially concerned since this occurred within my 3-year probationary period from a prior offense. I spoke with several attorneys before I reached out to Raj. Raj was very thorough in explaining the potential outcomes and the route... he would take in representing my case. He was cool, calm & collected, addressing all of my concerns & ensuring that I had all of my questions answered. He was flexible with pricing & turned out to be much more affordable than anyone else I spoke with. I followed all of his recommendations & he was ultimately able to get my charge dismissed- that's no charge, no points, no fines, no court fees! He was an absolute pleasure to work with & got me a better result that I'd expected. I would use him time and time again & recommend him to anyone who needs representation in these cases.

Grerat Representation!

I have known Raj Dua for decades, but have never required his services. When I recently received a reckless driving traffic violation, while on the Dulles Toll Road in Virginia, he was the first and only lawyer I called. Raj has always had a diligent and dedicated approach to any endeavor he has a...ssumed, above all, the law. His approach, knowledge, experience, attention to detail, energy, and high level of commitment make him an exceptional lawyer. What I most appreciate about Raj is his transparent approach. Raj Dua is terrific

I received a traffic violation in Fairfax County, VA in July. After doing a thorough research of attorneys in the Fairfax area, I found that Raj Dua was the best. Raj is a great communicator and is thorough with your process. Although making no promises, Raj makes you feel comfortable that he can ...help reduce the charges, etc. with your case. Raj did just that. He was able to reduce my charges to the minimal amount. I would highly recommend working with Raj for anyone who needs representation with traffic violation situations.
