Restored Credit

Ms. Kelly is FABULOUS! I had a mortgage company from hell (OCWEN) and she was able to force them to stop lying about my creditworthiness. She sued the mortgage company for FCRA violations and then sued all three credit reporting agencies for refusing to fix my credit even with proof that my mortgag...e company was lying to them. My credit is repaired and I am back in business. If it hadn't been for Ms. Kelly, OCWEN was going to foreclose on my house and I'm one of those people who NEVER paid anything late in her life! After my first visit in her office, I realized she was the best attorney for this sort of problem and I felt better than I had in the year I'd been unsuccessfully battling OCWEN on my own. I have recommended her to everyone who has mentioned to me a problem. She's wonderful! She cuts through the nonsense and gets right to the crux of the problem.

Best attorney for FCRA/credit reporting case

Kristi and Andrew handled my FCRA/credit reporting cases in 2012 and 2013. I could not have chosen better attorneys for this type of case. We would highly recommend her, because Ms. Kelly helped us in such a hard time with our mortgage. It was a very unusual situation and the referral to her was the best choice.
