Superstar Attorney!!!

Best experience EVER!

I was hitting a brick wall with all 3 credit agencies, spent almost 2 years calling and emailing working to fix error after error. The credit agencies were reckless, and unwilling to fix the damage they kept creating. I went on Google to see if I could find a lawyer to help me, and there are no...t many in our area and those that are have the worst attitudes before you even explain your case. I called attorneys in Maryland, New York, Texas, Arkansas, Seattle, and Los Angeles and almost agreed to be represented by a team half way across the country who didn’t care about me or the case they just wanted to settle for a fast dollar and get the next case. Luckily I found Kristi Kelly and made the call, and my god she “ had me at hello” She is funny, sincere, knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. The conversation was about 45 minutes and all the stress I had for the last 2 years felt easier to carry, I sent over my documents and she confirmed what I needed to here “ I have a case “ Kristi and her amazing team stayed in contact with me, helping me organize everything. They filed in court and a few months later we’re able to get a settlement agreement that after reviewing everything was better then we had hoped for! I won’t be able to sue these companies again again per the agreement, but if I had to my only team would be “ Kristy Kelly, Casey Nash, Abby Kersh, Olga Marcias, Pat McNichol, Natalie Cahoon “, and many others behind the scenes I didn’t get to personally work with. Excellent Lawyer that truly cares!!!

Mrs. Kelly basically shut down a collection agency that had attempted to collect on a mortgage debt that had expired based on the statute of limitations. She was very empathetic to our case and got it completely dismissed. Mrs. Kelly relieved so much anxiety we were feeling thinking we would be on th...e hook for tens of thousands of dollars. Her and her staff were excellent in communicating what to expect. I would recommend Mrs. Kelly and her staff for anyone that wants a lawyer that is truly on your side and will fight not only for your rights but also for what is morally correct.
